Complete lack of customer service. Scheduled a service appointment at 10am. Spoke with the service desk 5 minutes prior to the appointment time and was asked to wait in the lobby and they would be right with us. 30min later, no help, spoke with the desk agent again and was told Jose would help us in just a minute. 20 minutes later, Jose asks to move our car. We asked if we could be helped and were told, after 50 minutes from our prescheduled appointment, that he was busy with someone else. Decided not to make a scene or speak with the service manager since he also spoke with everyone except us. Will bring our business elsewhere.

I had the very fortunate experience of working with David Hudzietz on the purchase my Velar. My initial experience with my first Land Rover purchase was not great to say the least, however David has and continues to exceed my expectations. 5 star customer service all the way! It's been a couple of weeks and he still is checking in on me and how things are going. David has a client for life and I'm very thankful to everyone at Land Rover Houston who was exceptionally pleasant and kind. We were greeted by possibly everyone in the building each time we entered. Management was great! David was great! Everything was great! If you're in the market for a new car I highly suggest visiting David and the team at Land Rover West Houston.
Great price and deals! Service was over 4 hours for an oil change. Only had a couple service advisors, I believe it would of been faster if the dealer had more service advisors on duty.
