Inquired about Infiniti listed on their website as in stock and they didn't have it according to salesman I spoke to. He never got back to me when the model would be available.
As I have emailed you every time I apologize for the issues your vehicle developed 2 months "after" (In your own words) your purchased a vehicle. You took the vehicle to another dealer for repair and they repaired all the issues under the warranty. You state the vehicle smells although the other dealer documented they couldn't smell anything. I offered immediately to bring the vehicle to us and I would replace whatever is necessary to correct the issue. You don't just return a vehicle 2 months later because the vehicle developed an issue. That is why the vehicle has a warranty. Your have not even given the dealership an opportunity to correct the issue. Instead you have chosen to pay for an attorney because you want to just bring the vehicle back. I apologize but we don't have a return policy 2 months later because you just don't want the car.

My sales person Don was fantastic but a complete nightmare since leaving the dealership! After a few days the car started to smell funny. A few weeks later the sun roof leaked and stained the ceiling. While I was waiting the 2 weeks it took to be able to get a loaner it continued to leak, both front windows got stuck inside the doors when I rolled them down, my sensors in the front of the car started going off for no reason and my battery got all corroded. The car smells like Mildew!!!!! All I want to do is return the car and they are trying to charge me $8k+ in depreciation!!! I had the car 6 weeks and none of this was disclosed!!!!! Im beyond furious and now forced to pay an attorney to help!!!

We can only apologize once again for this error. As was explained to you at the time, and several times after, our vendor that makes the window stickers for us made a very big mistake. We were not aware of this until you brought it to our attention. We immediately made the correction on the sticker. At the same time, we immediately verified the advertised price on our website and it was stated correctly at $35995. We did not advertise this 2017 INFINITI Q60 Sport Coupe with an original MSRP of $57890 anywhere for less than the $35995. I must emphasize that only the sticker on the vehicle was "TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS" lower. This Q60 was on the lot right next to 2 other 2017 Q60s that had similar mileage and were correctly priced, why would this one be $10k less? It is not and never has been the intention of Circle INFINITI to mislead or misrepresent any price on any vehicle we have for sale. We do not advertise loss leaders and our advertising is always legitimate and transparent. We pride ourselves on our integrity and have maintained such for the past 28 years. The Vendor we use to make the stickers for the vehicles is human and unfortunately made a mistake. Very shady business practices. I stopped there earlier this month for a test drive. Liked the car a lot, went to lunch to think about it, and came back about an hour later planning on driving off the lot with the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when the sales person told me the window sticker was "wrong" and proceeded to add TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to the starting price of the car I wanted to buy, expecting me to just accept that new price and continue. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure it's illegal to clearly advertise one price then try to charge another. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I left and will absolutely never return there. On the bright side, I'm very pleased with the car I ended up purchasing from a different dealership.
