The amount of stupidity walking around the service dept. is baffling. I brought my pt cruiser in to have the door lock fixed. They looked at it and told me it was an actuator. I purchased the $67 part and it arrived a week later, and was told it would be $90 labor. I brought the car in and two hours later got it back with the new actuator install and the problem still not fixed. "The actuator isn't the problem" I'm told it's locking rod. The tried to charge me $150 in labor but were "kind" enough to give me $50 off. I had to request to get the old actuator back (which was perfectly fine) and hope to make something off of it on ebay. There was no apology from any body I dealt with. The people that write good reviews are people that work there. Of that I am sure. Pay attention to the average review and find somebody else to fix your car.
Service dept fails miserably as compared to level we received with sales. Made noon appointment for simple oil change. Wife showed up 2 kids in tow, was not out until 1:45. All in waiting room complaining over lack of service as well as reckless driving of vehicles in and around lot. Sales staff here great, service staff needs seriuos help.
Just bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot. Everybody there was very helpful and friendly, especially the sales rep(Shannon). They even sent a guy up to Seattle to get a Patriot with the exact options I wanted from another dealer and bring it down here. They also made sure I got the best deal possible (I was eligible for an affiliate program discount over $1600 above the normal rebates, which I had no idea about until they told me) and they gave me advice on how to get most of the money from my trade-in's extended warranty back. This was the first time I got rid a vehicle before the warranty expired, so I didn't know I could cancel the warranty and get the money back.
I purchased a used 2006 chevy pickup from them that I found on the internet. I was interested to see if the price would change like another purchase I made from another dealership. When I emailed Shanon, he was very professional and when I met him is was very knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable working with him and the price didn't change and all my expectations were met.! The finance department was equally as good and they treated my girl friend and her 1-1/2 and 4-1/2 year old grandsons, with patience and kindness and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle, I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future. Trying to schedule a service appointment with these folks is outright impossible! I attempted online via their interface, I attempted over an email, and I called 4 times over the course of 3 days only to get routed through an endless queue of auto attendants. I have not been called back and any attempts to reply to my emails have been nonexistent. I truly believe that a dealership is only as good as the personnel. I would seriously look elsewhere if you have to get any service done here. Heck you will probably grow inpatient just trying to talk to a real service writer and have to go elsewhere.
