THIS WAS SUCH A MISTAKE! I wish i read the reviews prior to purchasing from them. They need to be put out of business for good. Sterling, my salesman was great up until i finalized the purchase and he got my commission check. Prior to the close of the deal he was very helpful and helped me all day. Unfortunately one of the salesmen on site HIT MY CAR AND DAMAGED the side of my car and i had to give it to the service department for a week for them to repair. MIND YOU i was without a car because they refuse to give loaner cars or reimburse for the use of a rental car. HUGE INCONVENIENCE. every time i wanted to speak with Sterling whether i was on site or on the phone he would always find ways to avoid me to cater to the sales he was attempting to make with new customers. i completely understand this, i work in sales, but a HUGE portion of sales is customer service before and unfortunately what this place fails to accomplish AFTER the sale. My temp license and registration expire TODAY and i had to relocate out of state for a new job (the need for the car in the first place which Sterling thoroughly understood from the beginning) and my plate and registration STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED BY RT 46 CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET TO WORK? Sterling said he would call me a week and a day ago to resolve the issue of my plates being mailed to my new location (which should have been a question anyway) only to NEVER CALL BACK OR LEAVE A MESSAGE OR EMAIL OR ANYTHING. I call him, leave messages and he NEVER gets back to me and treats me like my sale meant NOTHING to him and the sad thing is, is the sales managers seem to have the same vibe to them. When i call, the receptionists always sound angry and upset to be there answering phones...i know they work so hard i can tell they deserve better treatment from management. They try to help me as much as they can but its a herd job for them to do when no one else cares in the establishment. I really truly wish i took my money elsewhere. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S BUSINESS. please take my advice...because i made the mistake of not taking the advice of others and look at the predicament i am in now....
HORRIBLE DEALSHIP!!!!! DONT BUY OR MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND THEN TAKE YOU AS A SUCKER!!! THINK BEFORE YOU BUY BECAUSE THEY WILL BRAIN WASH YOU TIL THE END, LIKE THE WAY THEY DID WITH MY HUSBAND AND I!!!!! AND ABOUT GETTING FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE IS ALSO BS!!! IM SURPRISE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS, WHICH THEY SHOULDNT BE. DONT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! LOOK AT ALL OF THE REVIEWS!!! I brought a car on 2/16/13, I was helped my Marisol. I was there for only 3 hours, got a great deal on a 2008 Nissa Altima. This was the easiest car buying experience I've had ever had, she got me a great rate for my credit score and payments just under $300. It's too soon to tell if anything will change in the near future but right now, I'm extremely happy with my car buying experience at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. If anything changes I will keep you posted.
