I heard there was a recall on my car so I called to set up an appointment. The person I spoke to in service was very rude and gave me a sarcastic remark ("Just because you heard it on the TV doesn't mean it's true")-apparently CarandDriver is a tv show now- I called back and tried to reach a manager and was never able to get in touch with one. They lost a customer.
I'll never buy another car from these people !! I bought two at the same time , Big Mistake,still ended up paying internet price, I have bought eight new Caravans from other dealers,and always got a good deal. after the papers where signed,the salesman showed me a dent in the van,bran new car ! Anyone that has bought a car from these people and think they got a good deal, should check out some other dealers.

I took a Dodge Grand Caravan in to the collision department to fix minor rear end damage. The car now looks good but only go if you have lots and lots of time to wait. I called on July 31st to schedule an appointment and they said the earliest they could do it was August 24th. I agreed to that so I'm not complaining about that part. But I dropped it off over the weekend on Sunday August 23rd. I expected to get a call with a time estimate for its completion but when no call came, I called them on Friday August 28th. They just said they don't normally call but it should be ready Monday (August 31) or "worst case", Wednesday (September 2nd). Monday came and went. Tuesday, still no call. Wednesday came and went with no call. Then Thursday. Friday morning I called them and left a voice mail. They called me back 8 hours later at 5:00pm that day and said it's ready and to come get it. I was unable to pick it up on one hour's notice (they close at six and I live 25 minutes away) and so I said I'd have to get it Monday. (They're closed Saturday.) They reminded me that Monday was Labor Day so they had it another 3 days before I could pick it up. That's 15 days without use of the van for an $1,800 rear end repair. And that's after waiting 3 weeks to even get the appointment.
