The service was horrible this time, which it has never been in the past. It makes me sad, how we were treated, and I feel bad even writing this review. Our appointment was made 2 weeks in advance, (they were very busy, and that was fine) and since we live over an hour away, I asked if a loaner or rental car could be reserved. I was assured it would be taken care of. The day before the appointment I called to check, and was told there would be no car available. When I asked why I wasn't called, as it is a long walk home, I was told they are busy and it is not their problem to call - that is why I should check. I had to find someone to follow me over, to drop the truck off. Preston, the service rep was rude, there was zero communication (no calls to let us know what was found aside from the regular service, no call to tell us when the truck would be done) and he was belligerent when we asked for details of the work done, at pickup. There was a computer upgrade done and when I asked about it, he said, "why would I tell you? I didn't charge for it - it was under warranty". The day I was supposed to pick the truck up, I called and then texted to ensure it was ready. The text I got back was, " I am having the mechanic take it home one more time, it is not fixed and I cannot release it to you like this". This was after he had the mechanic take it home and told me there was nothing wrong - it was shifting very smoothly. When I asked for details, he said he would let me know. Late the next day, a text - "truck is ready" was all I got. When we got there, I asked about an issue we raised with the windshield wiper fluid, as we had not been told anything more. He said he would let us know when the part got there, as his parts people were on the East Coast and he had to call. He then said, "Well, do you want me to still call on that pump or not?". My husband said yes, but we have not received any contact,even yet, weeks later. Unfortunately, they have lost our business, both in service and in purchasing. We will not be going back to Jones Ford in Wickenburg and I would not recommend anyone to go there.
