Never will I shop here again. If it was possible to rate LOWER than one star I would. I understand the mask mandate, let me be perfectly clear. However, I have a service related disability that already has an effect on my speech. Combine that with a mask and I was having difficulty communicating with the sales associate. So, I lowered my mask to try to make myself better understood and was over six feet for proper social distancing. Another associate very rudely and without even asking if there was a reason demanded I immediately replace the mask. I was actually planning on doing quite a bit of my Christmas shopping with Grahams, until that moment. As I said, I understand the need for precautions, but there times where a customer may have challenges or needs that are non typical as in my particular case. So, I simply left the establishment, and gave Rural King down the street the $2,300 in holiday shopping. Thanks for nothing Grahms...DAV and the American Legion will also be informed of your horrible customer service and treatment of disabled veterans.
