I wish could leave zero stars. The service department here is horrible. Coming from somebody who is also a dealership service advisor, the way my vehicle was handled was horrible and I would be feeling it in my survey scores. I was quoted by the service advisor over the phone with labor of 1.5hrs to replace an oil control valve. I agree to drop it off even though I didn't have an appointment. They agreed that they would fit in in between appointments and that's fine. That's the way it is. When I drop it off she asked if I want to diagnose it and I said no. She then said she will call me again with an exact quote. I was also told I had 2 open recalls they would take care of and I had requested them to change the oil since it's in the shop. I get a call the next day, which was a saturday, and was told the labor quote she gave me from her writing system was wrong. It was actually 2.5hrs to replace it. I asked why and she said that's just what the technician said. If the writing system is wrong then why not correct it? This is a common enough repair on the hemi's that they shouldve caught it many times before. I did check Alldata, mitchell, and called another dealership and they were all at 1.5hrs. I know they were trying to add that extra hour in because they couldn't get a diag charge out of me. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of bringing it into Fury so I agreed and just let them do it. They call me back later that day and said while doing a recall, they broke something so they had to order it. I was told it would be Tuesday before they could get the part so I asked for a loaner. Without being apologetic or even trying to show some sort of remorse I was told no. I have been in the same industry and same exact role and we always have emergency loaners, and even have called enterprise. Especially for something we broke. So I was told my car was ready to pick up and tuesday and when I went in to pick it up in the evening I come to find out my oil was never changed. The receptionist told me to go talk to service and there was a lady there that looked at the paperwork and simply said I could leave the car or bring it back. Not even a "Sorry" or anything. When the runner finally pulls the car around to the front almost 10 minutes later, which is a pretty poor turn around time, I find out my car wasn't even washed. I wouldn't make a huge deal about it but each and every car we touch always gets a car wash. That's the least that could be done for spending $700. This is the first I have brought my car to Barnett and I think it may be the very last. I don't live by Fury anymore so I figured I'd give Barnett a try. Huge mistake. Maybe the service advisor purposely was careless with my vehicle because they knew I did not give them my email and I would not get a Survey from FCA. I hope to get a survey though. I will definitely tell them how I really feel.

Had a fantastic experience. We went to check out a vehicle, didn't think we we're going to be making a purchase that day, but found a really great deal. Indeed, they were open, honest, and had very competitive deals. Furthermore, the customer service and experience was top notch. Their employee, James, was knowledgeable and engaging. He helped us out with a test drive and comparing a couple of vehicles. They really made us feel welcome. We had our 2 young kids along. James and the other employees did a great job accommodating us and ensuring our whole family had a great experience---even while they were a little short staffed! We never felt pressured or like we were inconveniencing them. James even tossed in a Hotwheels car for my 6 year old son as we were heading home with our purchase. I highly recommend this Barnett dealership!
Congrats on your new Jeep, Tayes! Thanks for taking the time to let us know Justin was so helpful. Welcome to the Barnett Family!

Justin did a fabulous job selling me my first Jeep! His positive attitude and helpful tips really helped me in taking my final decision! Thank you for all of your help, Justin!
My wife and I leased a 2016 Ram 1500 from Barnett on April 6, 2016. We were not allowed to take delivery of the vehicle until April 7th due to he fact that our trade equity could not be verified. To back track, we arrived at the dealership at 4:30 and asked them to start valuing our trade. We had been to them twice before in the same week, and knew we would be leasing that evening. We had 2 trucks we were picking from and had already filled out the credit apps. We were assured the process would be "streamlined" so we didn't have to sit at the dealership all night. After deciding on the vehicle we wanted we sat and waited... And waited... And waited some more... Until after 7 the sales manager Tim told us we would not be able to get the deal done that night due to the trade equity issue. We signed the paperwork that night, but we're not allowed to take delivery until they could verify the trade. Also, we were told that once our new lease was "funded" by the bank, we could pick up a check for the amount of money we were taking out of our vehicle. (We owed very little on the vehicle) This should have been red flag #1. The next day we got a call from the service department that if we were willing to leave the vehicle with them over the weekend and thru tues, they would put our bed liner, tonneau cover, rust proofing, and fabric protectant on. We said absolutely not, we're paying for a vehicle and you want us to leave it with you for 5 days and make payments? Really? Who has ever bought a brand new vehicle with a $50,000 price tag and not wanted to drive it for nearly a week. So they apparently hurried up and did the rust proofing and fabric protectant that day, before we picked it up that afternoon. The next day, (Friday) I got an email from our salesman Justin, that we would need to drop off the truck Monday morning to have the bed liner sprayed in, but they would not have time to get the Tonneau cover on until Tuesday afternoon. I again said absolutely not, we were told that this was a drop it off in the morning, pick it up at night process, and it would all be done in one day. They rescheduled for Thursday, the day they told me approximately that my check would be ready for my car. When they called me Thursday afternoon to tell me the vehicle was ready I asked about the check, and Justin the sales person said he would check and call me back. He called me back and said all they are waiting on is for Wells Fargo to send them my lien release. I then asked why, I was told all we were waiting for was for our new vehicle to be funded. He said Tim, the sales manager said he told me I had to wait for both. At this point, I had enough. They had jerked me around enough. I told them they needed to honor the words they had told me and pay me for my trade, that is in their possession with a signed title. Tim the sales manager told me he said they needed both items before they would release the funds, which they did not. I talked to Bryan Barnett who told me the same thing. I feel my wife and I have been more that patient in this process and have been more than accommodating to them, and Barnett had done nothing to accommodate us Bottom line is I feel this dealership will tell you anything they feel like at the time, and then just go back on their word. Bottom line I will never buy from Barnett again, and I would strongly suggest you don't either. For every person like me that takes the time to fill out details like this, there is 10 people that won't. I hope nobody else has to go through what these people have put me through. Dustin H
