Called yesterday morning to ask a question about a lease. Told I would get a call back. Called again today (since I am supposed to buy a car of someone who is leasing through them). My question was if I come and pay off the lessee's lease will they be able to provide a lease release letter. Told they would call back again after a 5 minute hold. I told him I need to speak to a GM or GSM and the call hung up. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend them. Its funny when I said send me to the sales section they took my call IMMEDIATELY since they thought I wanted to buy a car off them, when I told them its just to pay off a lease they immediately changed how they treated me
