Our express oil change average time is 26 minutes not including the optional free car wash. There are times like this past Sat where we saw nearly 200 customers and the wait was 2 hours. (we told customers up front. Seems that either we overpromised and underdelivered in your case or our processes simply failed.

We purchased a 2011 Odyssey last year and had a pretty good experience. We had experiences with overly pushy salesman that never listened to our needs and ultimately a good salesperson that listened and worked with us. However, when buying a new car you need to evaluate the dealership for maintenance and service. Rt. 23 Honda has continually disappointed. It started with 2 hour oil changes ... and now continues to disappoint with poor overall service and slow response. Basic repairs take multiple weeks and they don't have any matching loaner vehicles to even support their slow throughput. Overall, watch out ... there are plenty of Honda dealers out there.
I thought Route 23 Honda was a stand up legitimate dealership well I was wrong. I leased a 2010 Honda Odyssey from them for obvious reasons...I have 3 boys under 5 years old. Yesterday morning attempting to take them to school the Odyssey failed me or should I say the battery failed me dead as a door nail. After waiting an hour for AAA services we finally concluded that a replacement battery was the only option especially for the fact that I didnt want to get stuck with 3 young kids in the cold weather. I called Route 23 Honda to get reimbursed for the $128.40 purchase that was still under warranty and they said since someone other than them installed the battery I was out of luck and out in the cold again. Instead of standing behind the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty they chose to tell me too bad for me and my family. I am scheduled to return this vehicle in April of 2013 and they will have inherited a 6 month old battery that they will sell as new I'm sure. Well mark my words no one in my family nor friends will ever deal with Honda or Rt 23 Honda again all for a $128.40 battery that should have never went bad in the first place.

I was charged a diagnostic fee after having run over a tarp. I was forced to have the engine cover replaced at minute or else pay the $115 diagnostic fee for the full hour of work. I felt very used at that point. I have had my cars serviced at many other Honda dealers and Route 23 Honda has always been more expensive and after this I am never going back. The staff was nice, but the policies were disgraceful.
