Recently purchased a higher end used vehicle. Dealership agreed to deliver vehicle to my home. They drove it 2 hours and left cigarette ash all over. Upon arrival, I noticed leaking cv axle grease all over the underside of the vehicle. Local Toyota dealership was kind enough to provide this place with the necessary direction on repairs. Fayettville dodge dealership agreed to make the required repairs which I was very appreciative about. 2 weeks later, I get the vehicle back and immediately start having issues. I bring it back to my local dealer and they start going down the list of shortcuts and plain mistakes that Fayetteville dodge Chrysler service techs had made... and the list was long. Damaged seals, loose bolts, subpar parts, etc. I will never allow these folks to touch one of my vehicles again. Strongly advise you find somewhere else to buy... and especially somewhere else for services. Like literally, anyways else.

Took my car in Saturday they said if I had it there before 3 in the afternoon they could run diagnostics to find out what was wrong. It would take about an hour. Had it there before 11. Never heard a word Saturday. Closed Sunday. Call Monday they haven't done anything to it Monday they called at 2 and said it was the fuel pump. I said fix it, they said I could pick it up Tuesday morning. Tuesday around 11 I called they said it wasn't ready. They would call when they were finished. Wednesday came and went never heard a word. Thursday my husband stopped by and they said it would be ready later in the day. We went back to town later that day and stopped by they said another 15 minutes. They had my car from Saturday morning until Thursday evening for a 3 and a half hour job. I will think twice before I go there again for anything but an oil change.

They were honest, up front and great to deal with. Red handled everything and what he promised in texts and phone calls was delivered when we arrived to get the truck. They did for us what no other dealership was able or willing to do. We got a good trade and other things we needed and walked away very happy. They are a small town dealership with small town values that makes them unique in a car or truck purchase. We will drive the distance back to them for service, even though there are closer dealers. When we are in the market again, their dealership will be our go to for a truck!
The dealership Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a good place to do business. The parts department is helpful and attentive. The young woman that deals with the customer daily also is helpful and shows real understanding when talking with her about how I felt getting the vehicle. My problem is with the sale person; he is young and truly does not show empathy toward the buyer. He made me feel uncomfortable while deciding to purchase this vehicle; do not get me wrong it is a great vehicle. HOWEVER, I had asked if the vehicle had certain parts installed, the answer was yes. Only problem is the items were not installed. After the purchase and all the paperwork done, there was absolutely NO contact by the sales person. Not even a call. I had requested about documentation on the modifications performed by the dealership. It took three days and even had to call someone up the chain to get assistance in documentation. You know like proof of what work is donehistory.. So, bottom line is I will still do business with Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I only wish the sales person I dealt with were just as on you like a hawk as when you arrive and start looking at the vehicles. I would suggest if the FCDJR really reads this review, they would have a talk with the sales clerk. Just because the paper works done does not mean forget about the customer Update: Question. 1) Why do you not offer military discount on parts?
