Came in to your service department and informed the first employee I was approached by that I was there to have a fog lamp bulb replaced and if it wouldn't take long, an oil change as well. That employee directed me to the quick lube service area. When I pulled up to that area, I was approached by another employee. Again, I advised that I needed a fog lamp bulb replaced and an oil change if the wait was not too long. That employee said I would be done and out no later than 2pm. The current time was 12:45pm. I said that wouldn't be a problem and left my car and waited in the lounge area. At 2:30pm, 30 minutes later than promised, I was advised my car was ready. When I went to the cashier to pay, she informed me that my fog light bulb, the main reason for my visit to the service department that day, was not completed. After speaking to Tom, the service department manager, he did not charge me for my oil change. Which in my opinion was the least he could do considering the job was not completed and also not completed in the time frame I was given. I have lived and worked in Las Vegas for over 17 years and I will most certainly tell everyone I know not to give their business to Henderson Chevrolet. This was just pure laziness and lack of communication.
