UPDATE: It has been 8 months since I've bought my vehicle. It's a great car but I'm still running into issues with the SLOPPY work done by this dealership. I had an issue paying my first car payment because they put in an incorrect email when filling my paper work when I had given them mine multiple times. I didn't know this would still cause me issues 8 months later when trying to sign into my sirius XM account. Buy a car here if you want everything done wrong! Buying my first car here was great... until it wasn't. Subaru made a mistake during my buying process and sold me a different car on paper then the one I drove off the lot. No one notified me of this problem until I arrived to Subaru a week later. I was told I was coming in to "sign some papers". If they would have just rectified the situation from the start I would have been fine but all I was met with was excuses from Micheal which I found to be very unprofessional. The situation has been fixed but my entire experience here has been ruined and I can't recommend them to anyone else after this.

I want to thank John Tejada for making my purchase experience as smooth and easy as possible. He was very helpful especially with product knowledge and having patience with me during my decision process. He gives the best prices available and i will recommend my mother to go buy from him. Ask for Luis the Manager or John Tejada they where both bery helpful.

They wanted me to express how Fantastic there salesperson Peter Lorenzo was! he Always returned there calls when other people in the dealership didn't and were also very curt he was always upbeat and Very Friendly and Helpful

Had spoken with a person named Denise who shared with me that the car was still available and when was I able to come see it I stated I could come on Saturday morning to see car and test drive and she stated that they open up at 9 am. So we I arrive on Saturday morning around 9:30 am and let them know I was there to see and drive the advertised car one employee told me that they were all in a meeting and they had us waiting some 20 minutes before we ask if we could see someone about the car. It was at this point someone else there said the car cannot be driven as there is an issue with the 4x4 shift or possibly a transmission issue. I was taken back by this as the only reason I drove over 30 miles was to test drive the advertised car. Then Denise finally was asked to come from their "meeting" which is truly outrageous which you are supposed to be open for business and you have no one to meet with a customer. [Poorly runed operation based on this.] Also the advertised price of $3921 was not what was listed on the invoice which listed $5900 which makes me question whether they were even honor the online advertised price. Overall, not a very good customer experience based on clear communication and readiness to serve a potential buyer when all people are tied up in a meeting when your suppose to be open to show car. Not a good experience and not worth dealing wit unprofessional and incentive people.
