I just literally came out of these idiots' office and I just had to write to this review. This is my 1st time ever writing a review and it definitely wont be the last. BBB and Yelp will hear about this as well. Its amazing how these imbeciles are still in business. I wasted 2 hours dealing with these clowns and in the End, the so called manager called me an idiot because I refused to take the offer of $239/m after I told my inexperience salesman and his mentor that I'm looking for something Max $200/m. When I 1st walked in, I told my salesman. I need a car with a monthly payment of $200. He took me to a $350/m car. I said sir, if you don't have what i'm asking for, I understand. I will just go somewhere else. He told me "you will find no such deals anywhere else." Like, what? Now minutes later when i'm getting ready to walk out of the door, all of a sudden the manager has 3 different cars that fit my budget. 1st thing I noticed was the mileage listed and actual car mileage is 5k miles off. The salesman told me "ah, no big deal, the car has to be moved and drive-tested". Really a whole 5k miles? Then I checked the value of the car, kbb has the car listed between $9-12k, They have the car listed at $12,999 and still I was ready to deal with them if they can get me on a $200/m plan. We went from no deposit, to $1500, to $2000, I was still fine with that. After about an hour of waiting, the so called manager came out with an offer of $240/m. Puzzled, I asked what happen with the $200 payment? He replied that If i put more money down he can get it down to $200. Like what? at that point I realized that these guys were just trying to get over, I got up and said thank you guys for everything but that's not what we agreed on. The manager told me, to give him my money, hes going to go the back and re-negotiates with the bank. Give you my money for what? Then he started shouting at me and calling me an Idiot, I couldn't believe my ears.I was like excuse me, I truly feel like, If I didn't run out of that office I was going to get beat up by all 3 of these starving salespeople. Just Half an hour prior, my salesman who told me I couldn't find a $200/m deal anywhere else told me a story how he's paying for a 2004 Nissan Altima which will end up costing him 31k because he got into a bad deal, now all of a sudden, you know about other dealership deals? you're trying to get me to pay $19k on a $9k car, and you think that you're giving me a great deal? Now I'm walking half way down the Block someone else from their office is calling me asking me what just happened and how i should give him a chance to make it better. Thanks but No Thanks.. Jerks!!!
