Chris and Joey are awesome, my paperwork to register got a little messy but they did get it taken care of, from the service side in my experience is that they leave a lot to be desired. I had a couple simple issues with my truck that went back twice, I have resolved to fix them myself. The manager Frank stepped in to help out and although I appreciate the effort sometimes you get grade on the results. All in all, I personally will probably not buy another vehicle here but should also point out that mine was a used purchase. 10 for personalitys 3 for performance.

If I could do no stars I would. The service department they have is great. The sales end of things and resolving issues is bad. They have laughed in my wifes face over a constant issue that has been reoccurring over and over again. We have the service technicians saying that cannot fix the issue properly because Joey, the sales manager, has to approve it and he will not. The Jeep will now be back to their service team for the 10th time since purchasing it May. That to me seems like a busted lemon. From a faulty security system in it, to bad sensors, exhaust, tires, and transmission, we will be back again for a problem we cannot see. The purchasing paperwork we have as well states all this work that was done to it before she took it home that day and our local mechanic has proven that certain things we in fact NOT done, ex. brakes, UV joints. We are now almost $7,000.00 into the payments and still have ongoing issues. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from these salesman (thieves), be prepared to be humiliated by Joey, and heavy set guy in the front, be put through hell and back and to have your attorney ready to handle the case.

Arrived at the location after driving over 1 hr to test drive and possibly buy a new truck. Upon arrival and talking with a sales associate they stated that due to the shortage in the market all new vehicles would have an added charge of $3,000 over the final sticker price. Great job price gouging your community.
