Not thrilled about waiting 10 days for warranty work. Never have I had such a poor polite experience. The staff were understanding and polite but the expectations and the durations of the services were unacceptable.

This is more of an issue with GM and the known problem of the Shift not in park error on Chevy Malibus. I went in with what I considered and still consider to be a design issue with the GM vehicles. It took over 3 hours and cost me $698 to fix a problem that I believe should be a warranty or recall issue. I am contacting GM but would like to think that the local dealership could do something to ease the pain. 3 1/2 hours sure seems like a lot especially after hearing up front that it was 1.8 hours.
