This is the first review Ive ever done online.. (thats how bad this is) went and traded 14 corvette for a 18 silverado, the deal with the bank was made like a month after we left the lot with the truck thinking it was a done deal. Its been 2 or 3 months and I still have not got my TAGS!!!!! Worst part is i got a call from the bank saying i was 2 months late on the corvette payment meaning they HAD NOT PAID IT OFF YET!!! And that the account was going to be sent to collections and it was affecting my credit!!! I then called and called the managers and they were very unprofessional. They kept ignoring my calls and when I would call the dealership they would put me on hold and kept saying they were finishing it up, i would text their personal cells and would not reply!! Sales person Brian was very good and helpful. But managers very unprofessional!!!

Recent services have not been great not sure what change since started going there but be careful and check your own Fluids after you leave like any freeze wiper fluid things like that they do not fill those up when they do an all change like most places do At half the price Just wanted say I am very disappointed with your service department I bought 3 cars from u but will not in future this is second time I have paid 59.99 for oil change and not have my fluids refilled or even check no vacuum on inside of car and not worth my time or money I will go elsewhere from now on just want make sure u know had bad your service time is
Phenomenal dealership to buy from and to have your vehicle serviced. I worked with Keith Brown who is an awesome salesman who also listens to what you want in a vehicle. Greg Lovell in the service department is very friendly and easy to work with as well. If you want a vehicle I highly recommend Team Auto Chevy!

I waited for 2-4 hours for an oil change the last 3 times I went here for an oil change. That is ridiculous. But then come to find out we had people in the waiting room that had been there longer than me for the same service. That is insane. The service team needs to work on customer service. I waited a bit to even be welcomed and checked in. Then someone took my keys but didn't check me in so I waited even longer to get checked in. Theres no communication between the employees.
