I sincerely apologize that this happened! I take pride in responding to every client's voicemail, email, or text the same day or next business day if it's after hours. Due to the nature of our business it's not possible to converse as phone calls come in without sacrificing the level of service to the customer that we are with at that time. What Josh did to my car was amazing . He came highly recommend. Be doesn't say he is the cheapest but he the best thing going when comes to pulling these dents out. He saved me money. If u want it done rite he the guy. Most important he was very very professional. Great experience thanks Josh!!!
