Parts department "John" had no interest or intention of helping me. Was there on monday to get key made, and was told that his manager wasn't there for the password so he could make the key. After my second trip there I convinced him to make copies of my information to make the key and give me a call at his convenience. As of Wednesday morning I did not get a call back so I called him and was told that he only had one blank key and that he could cut it at any time I came in, so therefore he didn't even bother to try and get the key made for me. I have purchased at least six Chevy vehicles in my life and have never been treated this way, John should not be dealing with customers. I will now be driving to either Darlington or Florence to find a dealer that I could work with....very sad.
Just another dealership. Once they knew i was researching and not ready to buy yet the salesman didn't seem interested in helping or even letting me see inside the vehicles. So if i buy a Chevy, it won't be from here. The salesman from the Ford dealership next store was more helpful.

As it relates to your vehicle and repairs at Raceway Chevrolet, we've listened to your concerns and have addressed them all with General Motors, since day one. All of your repairs have been in accordance with their directions. However, since you've not been happy with the overall performance of the vehicle, as a gesture of good faith, GM has even offered you trade assistance to trade out of it, which you declined. Once you exceeded your factory warranty, your extended warranty worked to resolve your concerns with all repairs in accordance with their guidelines. The most recent recommended repair by your extended warranty required you to take on some of the financial responsibility IF no issue was found however since you declined it and the current trade assist offer from GM, unfortunately there is not much else we can do for you. Likewise, we've now canceled our request to GM for a new engine. We do wish you the best with your vehicle as it is unfortunate that its performance has not met your requirements.

I brought a brand new car from their in 2016, the car started having all kinds of problems, they still haven't fixed it. The only thing they have managed to do successfully is submit claims to my warranty to get paid. Warning to everyone stay away!! If I could have given them a zero rating I would have, but I had to give something to be able to put this comment.
