The customer service here that you receive is appalling! I had an appointment booked at the Knightsbridge store which I thought would consist of personal time to view the collection, just as other luxury watch boutiques I have been to. However, this was not the case at all! Walked into the store whilst it was empty and had no one approach us and did not feel welcomed. I had mentioned that I had an appointment booked and the representatives took no notice of this and disregarded the matter. I then spoke to a woman about a watch I had been interested in purchasing but the lady had no interest. As I felt unwelcomed I immediatley left the store. I then headed to watches of Switzerland where I had a delightful experience and ended up purchasing my watch over there. Avoid this place as their customer service is shocking, would not recommend.

Last year I was shopping for a Rolex for my Birthday. We walked into Bucherer Hyde Park and met Nicole, she was brilliant! She helped me choose the perfect watch, she was really helpful and her knowledge of the Rolex brand was excellent. We had such an amazing experience that my wife also bought a watch. If you want a fantastic Rolex experience, then pop into Bucherer Hyde Park and ask to speak to Nicole, you wont be disappointed.

To whom it may concern On Sunday 18/07/2021 my husband and I went to Rolex store in knightsbridge to ask for availability of a particular watch. A lady served us but she was really unwelcoming and cold. I showed her the photo and she said we dont have it; I suggested to keep my details and she accepted reluctantly. I really felt uncomfortable and had bad feeling the way she treated us; I really expected a better service from a highly prestigious company!
