Mr. Campbell, we did state that the vehicle was just traded in. We do our best not to show vehicles before reconditioning for this exact reason. Once reconditioned the vehicle would be presentable with a full detail and any minor exterior damage repaired. We offer CarFax online and showed you the Minor damage shown on the report. I went in to buy a used Nissan Altima coupe. The ad showed no accidents 50,000 miles. I get there the car was full of white dog hair. And it was clearly in an accident. The front bumper was a little pushed in but no damage to the bumper cc cover so I was a little suspicious. I opened the hood and the quarter panels were not the same color as the outside. Nope they tell me because the damage was less than $500 they don't have to disclose it. That may be true but that was more than $500 in paint alone. And to add insult to injury they said they couldn't negotiate because they didn't money on the car. New battery. Oil change and filter. $743 dollars don't trust them with a use car purchase.

If you can get to make an appointment, they do reasonably good work. However, no one EVER answers their phone there, particularly in the service department! They were understaffed before the pandemic and it has apparently gotten worse! It's a long way to Gateway Subaru in Maryland, but Winner doesn't give you much choice!
