Once you buy your car, forget about quality service. You'll be lucky to get an appointment within a week. If it's urgent expect to be ignored. My wife needed service because the engine light and EyeSight lights came on the dash panel. She had a long drive through the desert. Ladin Subaru transferred me around and no reply! Please avoid this place, you've be warned.
Very bad experience purchasing a used car here. I recommend not to purchase a vehicle here. Very rude resposne from the sales guys. They are robbing people by selling a cars which has so many issues poping out with in less than 4 days. I highly not recommend this dealership.

Addition to my previous review below: I would like again to give a shout out and Thanks to Daryl Philips for assisting and finally helping having a dent removed from my 2021 Outback Onyx XT (didn't notice the dent when I purchased it) a week ago. Also remarkable was them calibrating and re configuring my Navigation system issues couple of days ago. Everything is in working order now. I ,again, give thanks to Daryl and DCH Foreman Scott Haser for getting it done. Please see Daryl for all your service needs. 5 Stars all over. I dropped off my car for the CCM update on Jan. 26. . As usual the service of DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks did an excellent job. I give kudos and my thanks to Daryl Philips who has taken care of me since owning my first Subaru vehicle. Great Job!

Excellent service. Only negative is that service took much too long - almost one hour more than promised. Too long to wait!
Very sorry to see this new ownership. I have bought a number of cars from the previous owner, Ladin and was always very happy with their customer service. That is not the case with DCH. I called to schedule an oil change and was told that they no longer provide loaner cars for service. 'This will be the last time I conduct any business with this dealership.
