Worse customer service I have ever encountered. Buying a Jeep, price confirmed at the desk with exact amount. We filled out paperwork - waited two hours then they came back to say the price quoted was wrong and upped the cost by 20k. Unbelievable, I have never encountered such service like this before in my life. If I could rate it a zero I would. By the time we got home they changed the price online higher but I have pictures of the Jeep, price and Vin number with the original lower price. Will never step foot on this lot again - extremely unprofessional and has no regard for people or their time. Shae Gaskin posted this not Matt Gaskin.
