Clearly a car dealership that you can not trust. They bait and switch the customer. Kristen is very unprofessional. She replied to my email that the cars were available and when I arrived her story changed. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. I purchase many new cars and would never give my business to a deceitful dealership.
I purchased a used 2011 Honda Civic Si from this dealership, I thought I had a good car but I found out there were some issues after the purchase. My rear passenger side caliper was stripped since before I got the car and it flew off while driving recently. The mechanic let me know that it was definitely like that when I bought the car. I am not happy with this particular business and the dealer, Robyn. She assured me the car was in great condition and had and I quote, "No problems at all." I would recommend taking someone who knows cars if you are thinking of purchasing a car from here.

To whom (exactly) should be reached out to? Your reply was about what I expected, insincere lip service with a touch of sarcasm. The last communication with your team was Johnny boy telling me never to come back (awesome way to run a business!) I have, in fact, called to speak to the owner. When I finally got through the phone maze, there was less than zero clarity about your identity. Interestingly, the first two contacts I have had there are no longer working there. Yes I'm including Bruce my salesman (who sold a car to Kris, on my misguided recommendation) He btw stopped using your service. You must not like me, but I feel like I would be remiss if I didn't try to share my horrid experience with as many people as possible and let them make their own decision. That is the point of this platform, agreed? CAVIAT EMPTOR PEOPLE!
I enjoyed my experience with Brewster Subaru. From the moment we walked in, it was as if we were with a group of friends. Weve all been to one of those car dealerships where the instant you walk in you know they view you as their next victim. Or when you get down to the signing you realize theyve added thousands to the price for miscellaneous fees. This is NOT one of those places. They are completely up front with what they offer, and they have a great selection (we were in the market for a used, but not <i>too</i> used Legacy). Roy was absolutely great to work with we didnt realize when we first visited that wed arrived ten minutes before closing (oops!), but he stayed with us well past closing to show us and talk about several options. We purchased our (practically new!) 2014 Legacy the next day, and worked with Nelson to finalize the financing, etc. we told them what our top monthly payment was and he made it happen, even negotiating with our preferred bank to lower our interest rate in order to make the cut. I cannot stress enough how personable Roy and Nelson both were, and how comfortable we felt dealing with them. It is truly important to us to find businesses that value creating repeat customers rather than squeezing as much as they can out of you, and Brewster Subaru definitely created repeat customers here. Thanks, guys; we love our new car!

In June I bought my 2019 WRX through you guys, the experience was great till yesterday, my car started having a slow crank. I tested it my self and the battery was reading 270 CCA out of 490. So I proceeded to called the service team and explained the situation a lady over the phone. (I forgot her name) regardless, she said they weren't taking walk ins and only scheduling appointments out to the 27th. Testing and changing the battery should only take them 20-30 minutes max. I was very upset with the news because I just bought the car from them in June. Regardless I didn't even call mid Hudson Subaru I simply drove up and went inside and talked to one of there service team. There schedule was also full for the day but they were able to have me out within 45 minutes. It just baffles me what if my battery was completely dead and I had to jump it. They wouldn't of been able to warranty my battery till the 27th?
