Terrible experience with my Maserati. Primarily with the way they handle business. New management that changed the past couple of years was for the worst. Service manager was extremely unprofessional. He got physically upset for a warranty issue, then took so long that it fell outside of warranty. I just paid out of pocket so I would never have to do business with them again. ..the whole experience felt more fiat than it did Maserati. ..I travel longer distances for my services now, but couldnt be happier.

A few days ago I responded to an online ad for a brand new 2022 Maserati Levante Modena being offered by Maserati of Marin. I was contacted via email by Tarun Sachdeva, a sales and leasing consultant and we set up a meeting for the coming week. Tarun is a knowledgeable and low key person who let me take the vehicle out alone and drive it to Tiburon to show my wife, who's car it would eventually be. We took it for a ride and she accompanied me in the vehicle back to the showroom. We chatted with Tarun for a while about the car and he walked us through a whole myriad of its special features and then sent us home with a sales proposal. I returned the next day and we had a mature and businesslike negotiation which culminated in me leasing the vehicle at a fair price. The entire transaction was smooth and cordial and I'm very comfortable with how the process went. I purchased a car from this group in 2015, and was pleased then and am pleased now and recommend their staff from sales and financing to service.

I am so much happy and satisfied dealing with Masersti of Marin. I have no words of appreciation as I was searching for the right car and ended up buying a Great car, I was helped by Mr Tarun Sachdeva my sales advisor. He went over and beyond helping ne and found me a great Quattroporte. After so many test drives of Ghibli and my needs Tarun recommended ne a Quattroporte and I am glad I listened to his advice and expert opinion. The whole sales team is great. Very reliable and honest dealership. I will give them 6 out of 5

My experience was absolutely horrible. I had to make between 8 and 12 calls just to get an appointment. I would call and leave messages and not receive a call back. In fact, one time after telling the person answering the phone my frustration she assured me I would be called back in 15 minutes. Of course I never received a call back and had to call again. After 2 to 3 weeks of calls I was finally able to get an appointment. I explained to the service person (note there is just one service person) that I had my car serviced within the last 12 months and was not sure if I had the 85k service done. He put down the 85k service. When I got home I immediately checked my records and emailed the service person that I had the 85k service and that we should do the 100k service. I sent approximately 5 emails and left approximately 5 voicemail messages in the next couple of hours. No surprise-no replies. I received an auto generated reply that my car was ready. When I picked up my car I asked the service person if he had received my emails and voicemail messages and asked if he did the 100k service. The answer to both was no. He attempted to address the situation by offering me a 15% discount and I said ok. When I got home I was looking at my bill and there wasn't a 15% discount. I emailed and called and after more than 5 attempts to reach him I finally got a reply. Again no surprise it was completely unsatisfactory. He said it was 15% off my next service. I explained to him that wasn't what he told me and at this point I wasn't sure I would ever return. I right now have 3 unanswered emails and 2 unanswered calls. Don't purchase a Maserati from these folks and certainly don't have a car serviced here.
