Walked out yesterday, a quiet Sunday afternoon, after waiting 15 minutes for even an acknowledgment by the two salesmen who looked up without even a hello and went back to being preoccupied with sitting at their desks and helping their individual clients. As we walked out and got into our car, we saw that another couple who had walked in a few minutes after us were walking to their car. They looked at us and smiled and shrugged in disbelief like us. Funny and so very pathetic. This dealership is a discredit to the Mazda brand. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere!

For a customer service like this, very poorly, I wouldnt go to this dealer. I called the dealers parts department and no one answered so I called the service department no one answered as well so because nobody picked up a lady picked up the phone, not sure what department that was but what she to call back on Monday because its closed tomorrow but today is Saturday I wanted to speak with someone today. She also said that the guy is not there thats why he didnt pick up the phone but that can mean different things like hes out for lunch or he stepped out and coming back soon. But at the end of the call it seemed like it was closed but website clearly states parts department is open Saturday from 8am - 5pm. Is this how you should treat a customer telling me that I dont comprehend what shes telling me? You cant speak with specifics, you cant just tell me parts department is closed, you cant just give me an option as a customer?
Kevin and Kareem were excellent at helping me transfer over to a new lease. Both of them treated me as part of the Mazda family and made me feel confident in getting another lease through them. In addition, the service department is great to work with! Our finance guy, Daniel, was amazing to work with as he explained everything thoroughly and accurately. All around, the Mazda Valley Stream location is a great place to do business with and I always feels as if I am treated properly.
The team worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted, and in a timely manner. I loved my experience and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family .

I attempted to get a price quote on purchasing a vehicle via email or through their talk feature. After spending 30 minutes with a person named Ally, he/she informed me that the manager would not allow them to give me a price and I would have to go to the dealership to receive pricing. What is the point of having a ePrice on their website if you have to go into the dealership to get the price? Wasted 30 minutes of my life for a conversation that if they had told me in the beginning would have been at least a little more understandable.
