Wow. Horrible experience. My parents have been leasing a Mazda 3 for 3 years and wanted to put it under my name to now buy from the dealer and own. The car has 41,808 miles and they value the car at $22,000 and change after taxes. I put down $5000 and they put me on a 7 year lease meanwhile telling me I would do a 3 year lease of payments close to $200. I worked with Nick Furio who obviously was just telling me what I wanted to hear to make his Memorial Day sale. Don't know where my 5 grand is going towards this car? So I'll be having some words with these con-artists in the morning. Go anywhere else. Buy privately. Highly UNrecommended.

They had a great deal on a Mazda, much better than anything available locally. Flew in from Michigan, car was exactly as advertised, and transaction was completed in an hour. Good team of people, and the salesperson Joe G was straightforward and informative. Happy with my purchase and experience, was worth the trip!

Between the terrible sales department and horrific service we will not be back. Our Cx5 is not the problem, it is the staff of Mazda 112. Leasing the car three years ago went well, purchasing the car from them was a different story. We were promised a particular rate and after waiting over 4 hours (with an appointment) finance came back and offered 2% higher. Our sales persons response was "it's only a few more dollars per month", it was actually 20$ more per month. Needless to say we went to the bank directly. Now three years later, the car needs a software update. I have no radio, phone or navigation in the car in the meantime. It took one week to schedule an appointment. My husband booked online and it gave us the option to have a loaner car (since there were no appointments to wait). I arrive only to be told there are no loaner cars that I will have to wait 3 hours. I ask to reschedule for a weekend so it can be dropped off...another two week wait. Incompetent staff is the problem. Poor service.
