i was lied to about the work that was done to my car, they didn't charge me for it but i had to look at my car myself and call them out on it before they admitted to doing it. In addition, during a tire rotation, they claimed a lug stud was stripped and charged me $129 to replace. After voicing my frustration, the guy told me he should have charged me more as some sort of consolation. 'hey man, I know I screwed you, but i could have screwed you even more!' Go somewhere, anywhere else.

Not the worst experience ive had but definitely not the best. They drag their feet with everything so be prepared to be there for an unnecessary amount of time. Ken is a nice guy though, would definitely recommend getting him.

My fiance and I went to see Lauren 2 weeks ago at Dayton Andrews Jeep. We had shopped around, initially looking for a used vehicle and were somehow drawn to Jeeps every. single. time. I'm not sure what was pushing us to Jeep, but after seeing the used prices, we thought it best to go to a major Dealership to get their prices and quality. After a full day of looking, discussing, getting trapped on the lot in a vehicle with Lauren while Florida showed us the meaning of a down-pour and booking it through said down-pour into an office where the power had gone out, we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass Latitude in Granite Grey with White Leather interior. Lauren, her manager, Pam, and their finance specialist, Ronda, worked with us all afternoon to help us get the payment that we felt comfortable with. Their service was impeccable and we never once felt "bullied" or "rushed". Needless to say, I drove off the lot with my first ever new car and have never looked back! Still so in love!

We purchased a Pro Master City over a year ago and was told we would be reimbursed up to $1000 for outfitting it so we went and had a tow package and roof rack installed. We submitted the receipts and waited. When we contacted our salesman he says he couldn't find them (it was via email), so I sent again, then again. While we were in his office closing the deal he took a call from another customer that was inquiring about their reimbursement too...should have tipped us off. We have had Dodge get involved now and apparently they haven't gotten any answers as well. We bought 5 Nissans the 2 years before and was hoping to change them out one by one, but Nissan just outfits it for you, and since it has been over a year a no one has even gotten back to us, we will never buy from here again. If you are going to buy from here, insist that they install and pay for everything up front....don't count on being reimbursed. Also, we wanted the Cargo, but what they gave us was a wagon they converted...we didn't realize it until later when we went to build it out and the set up wasn't exactly what we wanted so we had to change our build out to accommodate. They must not realize that there are minor changes that make a difference to some people... like the way they take out the windows, tie downs, etc. If you want the cargo...make sure it's actually a cargo...it does make a difference. Very disappointed.
