THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY ISSUES!!! I had an appointment on Monday, my car was not diagnosed until Thursday!!! After being told what the issue was, they had to call the warranty. Friday, no update, Saturday and Sunday of course they were closed so I had to wait until Monday. So my car has been there for a week already. My warranty ended up not wanting to pay for the issue, so I took off work Tuesday to take it to a mechanic who is cheaper than what Land Rover was trying to charge me for a $10 part, which they told me they had, turns out they didnt.. so I had to drive to Newport Beach to get the part.The mechanic I took it to changed the part and the issue STILL WASNT FIXED! So their diagnosis was WRONG. So I had to take it back to Land Rover so they could give me ANOTHER diagnosis, which their diagnosis are $239! I waited for 4 hours for them to tell me it was a totally different issue then what they originally told me. They called my warranty, which took 3 days because my warranty wanted to inspect the issue because the price was so much! The warranty was willing to covered most of cost, but because Land Rovers prices are so high.. I still was going to have to pay 1,663 out of pocket of course, I declined the service because they were overcharging me! Morally of the story, they had my car for two weeks, I paid $478 for two diagnosis and got absolutely nothing done to my car. A complete rip off!
