I have leased three cars from Honda Universe. My experience with them has been typical for a car dealership. On my last purchase however, I had a bad experience. With only a few days before my temporary tag expired, I got a postcard in the mail instead of my registration and tags. The postcard indicated that I owed more money for my registration. Salesperson Steve Umoru told me that the fee I already paid in my lease contract was "only an estimate". Than, to add insult to injury, Steve Umoru told me that I had to come pick up my registration and plates, when he explicitly agreed to send me the registration and plates when I bought the car. I am currently living in PA, and Honda Universe is a four hour driveSteve Umoru was well aware of this, as we specifically discussed it. The bottom line is that Honda Universe management Nick Salerno and salesperson Steve Umoru have unethically squeezed additional money out of me after my lease was executed. If you buy a car from Honda Universe, make sure to ask if the registration fee is "only an estimate".

The worst customer service that I can have in my life, be careful with the guarantee that they sell because they cheat them and then they don't want to return the money ... they don't take your calls they are always busy to solve your problems but not to deceive customers new

Mike was an amazing help!!! We had just come from another dealership where we left very upset and frustrated. He made the process so easy and fast. He answered every question we had and more. We felt very relaxed and actually enjoyed our discussion leading to us finding the perfect vehicle. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. And Mike made the paperwork portion of the visit super quick and even took the time to explain everything fully. I would definitely recommend everyone to make their next car purchase here and I know I will definitely come back when it comes time for our next vehicle.

When purchasing a used car, they expect you to pay the asking price with no negotiations. In addition, every new car sale is tacked on with a maintence fee of over $1000. The sales people are all nice and easy going. You have been warned.
