I absolutely love my subaru. Im very glad I got it, but when I bought the car, I was promised a detail since it was not done at the time of purchase, being that it was a used car. I was promised they would get the stains from the previous owner out. When I originally had made the appt to schedule the detail, I showed up after driving an hour there to find out they had to cancel. That was fine, I get things happen. Then after Driving out Monday, dropping my car off, getting a loaner car to drive back home Monday, to return the loaner and get my car Tuesday after work. I see the seats were not even shampood, and no attempt was made to get the stains out. At the time of pick up there was no one I could talk to about the situation, So i messaged the salesperson, Chad who I got my car from. He said he would figure it out and make it right. Over a month later I havent heard anything back. So i messaged him again and have not gotten an answer. Subaru has great cars, But I dont recommend going through this dealership.

Worked with Nathan yesterday for oil change and 30K maintence. Great customer service. Explained everything exceptionally well as I do not speak "car" at all. Called and updated me through process. My wife Anna and I had been talking for some time about our need for a new car, but had delayed starting to look. Our son and his family were visiting from Wisconsin for the Easter weekend and he decided to take us shopping on that Saturday. He strongly recommended that we start our search with Subaru. When we arrived at the Subaru dealership in Merrillville, we met Jim Sapienza. His approach to us was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure as he showed both the Outback and the Forester and answered our questions and patiently highlighted the wonderful features of both vehicles. As our interests began to focus more upon the Forester, Jim very professionally addressed the features of that model and willing answered the questions that our son asked about features that could be added. When we left, Jim said he would look for one that included the added features we wanted and colors we preferred. In the next weeks, Jim willing answered some questions our son had called and asked from his home in Wisconsin. Jim also emailed some additional information to us. We were so pleased, not just with the Forester, but the quality salesmanship of Jim Sapienza. When Jim called us that he had found the car that filled all of our needs and additions, we were ready. We went into the dealership and became the proud owners of a new Forester. Our decision was prompted not just by the quality car, but the quality professional customer care we had received from Jim Sapienza.
I was interested in the impreza. Read the entire window stcker, sat in the car, walked around it several times and not one salesman could bother to get up from their desk to talk to me. I was in the showroom for 20 minutes. Guess I will buy my car elsewhere.
