My experience at FCI was a nightmare. It was clear that whoever was in charge was absent, and the others seemed to be rude and incompetent. I needed to register and get a tag for a horse trailer. When I got there, one woman barked out, "you are after the man sitting down over there". I patiently waited about 30 minutes, during which a young man walked in and was waited on before me. Finally, the same woman barked out at me asking "what are you here for"? I told her I needed to register and get a tag for a horse trailer. Then she again barked out that "we are out of those until Friday". So I asked if it would be possible to get a temporary tag, and she retorted, "we don't have those"! I then posed a general question to all three of the employees, "why didn't you ask me what I needed when I got here, seeing as you have no tags". Not one of them responded. My suggestion is, save yourself some time and aggravation, and don't use this tag agency.

Hi Dale, Thanks for your feedback. It is important to share with you and everyone that the service you were requesting is not a standard service that we offer. Because we are a private agency, we do work hard to go above and beyond to assist and we will go out of our way to do many things for our customers that we do not charge for. I am fairly sure that your business would not offer work at no charge. I shared with you during our phone conversation that I was willing to take the time to call the state on your behalf if you were willing to at least allow us to quote your business for either commercial auto or liability insurance. I think that was a reasonable request, though I understand if you disagree. Once again, your feedback is appreciated. Spoke with Michelle who refused to assist me because I was not a customer. Michelle even went as far as to tell me that IF I gave her my business she then would be more inclined to assist me. Funny thing is that in the time it took her to NOT offer me decent service she could have given me the answer(s) I was looking for and probably would have gotten my business. We are a business with a fleet of trucks so we are always looking for a good commercial rate.

Hello Emmanuel, I am so sorry that you were not happy. Unfortunately when you have not renewed for several years, as in your case, the state requires that all customers pay those back taxes. Again, that is not us, it is the state. Also, for the safety of the employees as well as our customers, we are doing all that we can to protect everyone. Yes, our doors are locked, however we are OPEN, fully operational, and as busy as we have ever been. The level of service we offer is consistently superior to other agencies, and this is reinforced by not only the many 5 STAR reviews on record, but also by the multitude of repeat customers who love us and the over 40 years we have as a successful small family owned local business. The level of desdain and disregard for customer service is one of the worst I've seen. When asked about price to renew multiple tags, there was absolutely no mention of a heavily loaded service fee, that is later compounded by a 3% "convenience" fee. You will find out about it, after you paid. You are not allowed to step into the store and will ignore you, even when they see you from the inside standing there. The most you attention you will get if you are lucky, is a hand signal to call by phone. The general attitude is lime if they are doing you a favor.. First and last time. PS. Hi Michelle. Got your voice mail and tried to call you back. Before i could even say hi, i was told to "Please hold" and then i got hung up. I guess that was my point. Have no issue with paying expired tag state taxes, my problem is with the agency and convenience fees that suddenly show on the final receipt. Glad that you guys are busier than ever. I will personally avoid doing business with you in the future.,
