I was very disappointed with the service and the attitude that I got from the finance department when my 19 year old son purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealer. In less than 24 hours from our purchase the same vehicle went on sale for $3000 less. There is no way that anyone there could convince me that they had no idea this vehicle was going on sale within 24 hours. My son is only 19 and he worked hard to purchases vehicle on his own and I really feel like he was ripped off by this dealership. When I questioned what could be done as far as us receiving that difference back I was told "you already signed the paperwork" in a sarcastic tone and with a smirk on his face. I know everyone has to make a living and make their commission but it shouldn't be done at the expense of ruining the reputation of the company. This was a horrible experience for my son and I. Especially when this was the first major purchase of his adult life and he did it on his own.
