We gave you the estimate with the price and completed the work. If the insurance says we overcharged we would be happy to discuss the repairs and pricing with them. To repair a dented Porsche bumper with a tear and repaint the area it is definitely more than a $300 job. That being said, you were unhappy with the pricing and we will do our best to try and be more considerate in the future. Thank you.

Got dent repaired on my car. Charged me $1700 for $300 worth of job. My insurance clearly mentioned that they ripped me off. Over priced shop. Avoid!!! Following up on the reply below . When as a customer I received an estimate, I trust the honesty of price being quoted. My insurance rep booked an appointment with the shop. But when I went to drop off my car, they could not even find the estimate they gave me and an evidence of their interaction with my insurance first. When the guy from shop came to look at my car before I left after dropping it off. His first recommendation was to charge me additional labor cost above the estimate he had already given me. When I showed him my text message conversation and photos I sent before an estimate, he then backed off on increasing the estimate. When I went to pick up my car, there had been no cordination with the insurance on their part. And they wont release my car without the full payment of $1700. And I was asked to work out with my insurance for the reimbursement which I received only $330. And insurance rep says, the estimate given by the shop is ridiculous. Yes I understand that repairing a dent on Porsche may not be as inexpensive. But as suggested by my insurance, initial estimate had been ridiculously high. Poor communication. The service I took it in for was completed, but they did extra damage to my car. The slow service I can understand. Parts can take a while to come in, but their lack of communication was frustrating. I would wait a week to hear back from them. After a month, when my car was fixed, I found issues with the windows and locks that weren't there before. I took it back to them. They said they would order the part to fix it, but I'm still waiting to get a call from them weeks later. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Lost my estimate 3 times. Did not return calls. Kept my car 3 days sitting idle while making me think they were working on it. Left hand has no clue what right hand is doing. Then, tried to stiff the insurance company for repairs they said needed added which were in the original estimate. Told me they were putting on a new hood(cheaper) but estimate said to fix existing.And finally told me at the end not to expect all dents to come out.
