I'm sorry I did not see this review earlier. Yes I went to this customers house, because he is/was our next door neighbor. We can see his driveway from our showroom. I wave and often talk to his wife and daughter just about every day when I leave work. All of our tint comes with a lifetime warranty. I asked Chris to coordinate with & let us know when the vehicle was available. He works until 4 pm everyday and we close at 5 pm, so scheduling was difficult. I spoke to his wife several times before & after he decided to write this review, which was unbeknownst to me and likely to her. Chris has never spoken to the owner of this business, he dealt with me and the other manager. We ultimately did warranty 3 windows on his car do to specs of dirt/dust. We also re-tinted a 4th and 5th window however we discovered the so called "bubbles/creases" on these and 1 other window where actually imperfections/scratches on the outside of the glass. Unfortunately we are unable to resolve these issues because tint is applied to the inside of the glass. I was finally able to schedule this repair appointment through his wife. Chris showed up an hour and fifteen minutes late for that appointment however we still fixed the vehicle that day. We did ultimately stay open late to accommodate him after normal business hours as a courtesy. It should also be noted the inside of the vehicle was completely covered in cigarette ashes and dog hair for both appointments which makes applying tint extremely difficult. The most important thing about applying tint is cleanliness, even the smallest dust particles in the air can cause unwanted imperfections. I have not heard from Chris since we re-tinted it about a month ago, apparently he is to busy to revise this review. I assume the repaired tint is acceptable to him because when he picked up the car without even looking at it he stated, "When it bubbles again I will park it right back here for you to redo!". Which I believe says it all!

Had my windows tinted there over a Month ago.the tint job is horrible even one of the installers came to my home and seen it every window has bubbles and creases. The owner called and said he would get back to me on a time i can bring it back to have it redone after the installer told him and i have never herd back from him since. I paid $300 for a job that looks like a child did it they need to either refund me or make accommodation around my schedule now to fix the issue which is 8 out of 9 windows.
We offer a wide selection of services at Bangharts, many of which require dealer programming or activation. We also work for, as well as in conjunction with dealerships offering them the same services we offer our retail customers. We provide courtesy pick up/delivery of vehicles for dealerships as well as courtesy shuttles for local customers. Mr. Johnson was informed that his vehicle needed to have it's factory remote start as well as his subscription based communication services to his mobile phone app deactivated. We regret the miscommunication that occurred with Mr. Johnson as he clearly did not understand this involved taking his car to the local dealer to have these services performed. At Bangharts we strive to preserve the integrity of the vehicles we work on, as such we would never choose to "cut out a system" which can be properly be turned off by the dealer. Mr. Johnson's vehicle was taken only to the dealership for the services we explained to him several times prior while he was receiving his estimates. We regret what transpired with Mr. Johnson however he was informed of our actions. These services where noted on his estimate as well as his invoice as he was required to pay the dealer fees. There was no charge for shuttling his vehicle to the dealer as well as having his factory keys programmed. After hearing of his dismay he was not charged for any of our or the dealers services. We parted with Mr. Johnson as our customer after several unmerited actions on his behalf and wish him all the best in finding a facility that can accommodate all his needs.

Do not take your car here. These guys are very sneaky & there liers. If they cant get the job done, they will drive your car to someone who can & wont even tell you that they drove your vehicle. There all about getting your money. Dont trust them. Take your car somewhere else. They are crooks.
Frank is a suuuper cool dude and made talking about upgrading systems both easy-going and easy to understand. He even had us sit in his car to see what kind of sound system is possible and, since he made it remarkably customizable, was able to shoe off a ton of different ways he can configure a set-up. Strongly recommend these guys; I've also had coworkers with great experiences getting remote starters and tints done, here, too.
Outstanding customer service. I recently had warranty work done on my ProAir A/C in my Coachmen Beyond. Frank and his team coordinated with the factory, secured the correct part and completed the job in the afternoon knowing I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed the van back that evening. I highly recommend Banghart's!
Several different people who are NOT our customers tried to return this product, including Deb Sarcone. None of them including Deb could produce a receipt. The actual customer was offered a 100% refund, however since she also did not have a receipt the refund was 50% cash and 50% store credit.

Refused to refund a gift purchase only after 22 days. Kept all $320.95 for car starter we were unable to use. Still in box- never opened.
