Would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend going there to buy a car. Manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and not friendly. Listed price online was $17,000 and they said it was actually $25,000. All the features listed online were incorrect for the car I was looking at and they seemed very unprofessional and unprepared in every aspect. Couldnt even get simple information right on the car. The experience was awful. I will not be coming again. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere where customers are treated with respect.
I brought my Jeep in for the same problem three times. The certified mechanics were unable to correctly diagnose or fix my vehicle, and as a result of their completely inept service, I now own an engineless vehicle. I would not recommend this service department. I cannot speak to purchasing with Kunes, they bought out the prior dealership that my vehicle was purchased from. I can only say that they do not show any amount of customer care when dealing with vehicles and Bumper to Bumper Warranty issues for purchased outside of Kunes Country.

I bought a beautiful truck from them in September. Before driving off I noticed that my running boards werent working so the salesman tells me to bring it back up there and the service department will fix it. I brought it back up there maybe two weeks later and they told me the deal hadnt gone through yet with the finance company so they couldnt fix it . So the deal finally went through and I take the truck back up there for an oil change and they tell me they refuse to fix it . Im like well it was like that before I bought the truck and now you guys are refusing to fix it ? The service manager said yes and told me my truck was outside running . I would never do business with them again
