Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we would never do anything without their approval. This customer wanted us to get him financed on a specific vehicle with higher mileage. We do not make the credit inquiries, the financial institutions do. We did try multiple lending institutions to do our best to get this vehicle financed. Having multiple inquiries doesn't affect your credit like it used to. They are able to see that the inquiries are related. I am sorry for any misunderstanding.

They hard checked the credit, of someone I was helping to look at a vehicle, 13 times. We were only aware of two credit checks.

Not sure what happened. Talked to a salesman, gave him and the financing my info and I feel like they just blew me off. Last I talked to sales he said the financing guy was off for the day. Well it's been few weeks, no contact, nothing. Went down the road got a way better deal on a loan and the dealer was ready and walked me thru getting an even better deal than the first offer. So thanks alot for helping me find better.
