When I bought my 2017 Malibu LT at this location last November, I had a great experience. Paul Macchi was incredible in regards to a quick and effective sale. I LOVE my car. However, I have failed my first state inspection. An issue with the control arm. I called the service department to see if it may have still been under factory warranty. It wasn't. I asked about any other options and they said that I would need to take it up with sales. I spoke with David in sales, and tried to explain my situation. He spoke to me in a condescending manner throughout the whole conversation. Instead of speaking to me like an adult he chose to condescend me and tell me that the amount of miles I had driven In a year was rediculous and condescendingly "explain the reality of the situation." after asking him to politely not continue to condescend me and seemingly talk down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about, he said again how rediculous it was how far I've driven my new car.. (I drive for work) at this point between stress and anger I had a very short winded outburst and hung up the phone. He calls me back twice. After the second time, I answered the phone immediately giving a sincere apology for my outburst. I explained stress was a factor and said that I hope he understands. To which he continued to speak to me in a condescending tone, saying he doesn't understand and that he's not going to "get on his knees and thank me for an apology." (I wasn't looking for acceptance. I apologised because that outburst does not reflect the person i am.) So I then asked him why he called me back at all, if we weren't planning on continuing the discussion. To which he replied condescendingly yet again, that he "just loves the sound of my voice and wanted to hear It again, followed by completely hanging up on me at all. Never recommending them to anybody. And never giving them anymore of my business
I've been going to Imperial Chevrolet for over 14 years; first with my 2008 Impala and now my 2019 Impala. I have always been treated with courteous, expert service. Unfortunately, I my moving out of state and will have to find another dealership. Thank you for great service!
Patrick was excellent explaining work that needed to be done on my 2018 Equinox (rear brakes). So pleased that I was able get everything done in one trip.
Very disappointed - vehicle was brought in for two issues - 1) Park to Shift error, a known issue with GM and I had to pay for it 2) Vehicles bucks when accelerating and braking, since no error message, they could not charge to warranty work, paid for a transmission flush and that did not work, have a vehicle that wife is scared to drive fearing she will break down. makes absolutely no sense as we purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle ???
