Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sep 27, 2019 timothy tatro "they lied about the price" i was sent an ad for a ram truck by saleena...the featured truck was advertised for $19,574.....but when I got to the dealership I was told (after an hour of Bull*#+t) that the price was actually $49,574.........but they could sell me another truck with far less equipment for about $25K.........HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN THEY BE !!! Don't believe their ad's ..... They are not honorable. They will waste your time.

The service department refused to fix my fiancés brand new 2021 charger car, along with not providing any source of transportation for us. They offered to pay $35 a day but all the work that needed to done to car I knew it would take some time. So I Took the car back to the dodge dealership where we originally bought the car from and finally got it resolved. Turns out one of the fuel pumps were bad. when the service advisor Tiffany Fletcher from Bill Bryan contacted us about the car she stated that they couldnt diagnose the fuel issue because there was no code. The skid plate that is supposed to cover the the passenger side came off due to poor installation causing the mounting bracket to come out and puncture the floor pan. Tiffany also stated that this was our fault and we caused it by running something over. The car also had some paint issues where the hood scoop is located, Tiffany claimed the dealership wasnt able to fix this problem because the paint wasnt corroded yet. As Tiffany stated most of these issues will not be covered under warranty, so I took it back to the original dealership I had purchased the car from and everything is under warranty plus they provided a rental car paid in full for the time I do not have my vehicle. This is the second time weve had to deal with Tiffany and its been the worst experience weve ever had with a dealership. First time I came in contact with Tiffany was when I brought my challenger to this dealership where I originally bought it from to fix some front end parts that went out. They stated I needed new brakes and rotors but my uncle and I just replaced those the day before bringing the car into the shop for servicing to illuminate that as a problem. They also damaged my brand new rims and claimed I hit a curb. The damage was inside of the wheel and they refused to repair until the manager Dave was contacted several times. Although he had an an attitude about this situation, he still agreed he would take care of it and buy a new rim. From my personal experience Tiffany was the rudest person I came in contact with at this dealership and I do not understand how or why she still has a job. Her job is to help people with issues that ARE covered under warranty not make the issues worse by not helping. I truly do not understand why this dealership gave us so many issues but best believe Bill Bryan Dodge will no longer have any services with us and my family.

This is our 2nd purchase from Bill Bryan through these gentlemen; their commitment to their customers is honest, efficient and thorough. We had the best experience here, they did everything possible to work with us. We got exactly what we wanted and they was very friendly and intuitive to us. We are now owners of a new truck, thank you so much Bill Bryan Chrysler.
If they don't have exactly what you want on the lot they lose interest. They don't seem to be willing to find a way to help find what you are looking for.
