I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The people who work for this company are very ignorant, apathetic, and unethical. The service manager Mike spoke to me as if I was dumb and uneducated, however I am not. I have been with chevy for the last five years and this location is the reason why my next trade in will be a Toyota. My most recent visit to this dealership was a reminder of why I no longer want to deal with Chevrolet. The service to my car is ok this time, however two years ago while having my vehicle serviced at this location they bent my Cadillac converter, left a bolt loose on my engine which caused all my oil to leak out, my check engine light was on, and my brand new 2015 chevy Cruze which was under warranty kept over heating and all they offered me was a free oil change for all the inconvenience that they had caused.This location treats its customers very poorly and says ignorant things that they expect the customer to believe, as if this is my first time having a vehicle serviced. The only reason I continue to go to this location is because I live in Dekalb and when something happens to my car they are the closest dealership to me. If you own a chevy I would recommend going to The chevy dealer in Frankfort Illinois. The chevy dealer in Frankfort Illinois treats their customers very well, and you will not have to worry about your car being damaged when you are spending hundreds of dollars to have it fixed, also Frankfort is the number one chevy dealer in Illinois. This chevy dealer in Sycamore is a very poor location I dont TRUST!!!!! them at all

The sales department is nice. They are very friendly and will do whatever they can for you. The poor rating is for the service department. They have had my husbands car for the better part of 3 months now and still can't figure out whats wrong with it. When the shop says they are going to call me back, I never receive a call. When I call to get updates, all I hear is that it hasn't been looked at it in the past few days. They have said since this has started that it's under warranty and today they try to tell me its not. I have contacted corporate about how the car still isn't fixed and even they are having a difficult time getting a hold of the dealership for updates. I hate that were paying for a car the dealership is driving around trying to figure out. They got us a rental from hertz and let the authorization lapse so hertz started charging our credit card. Also, they have jacked up the price of an oil change. It used to be $35 and now its $52. They claim prices went up at the beginning of the year I was not informed of the price increase when I dropped off the car. I know they were busy but someone still should have said something. There is no sign anywhere informing people of the prices, so the least they can do is say something. This is absolutely ridiculous. Choose somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced.
