Customer service was horrible. I would stand there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me before I finally just went up to someone who then continued to ignore me until I said something about needing my car. Went in for an oil change and an alignment, and $250 dollars later my car is still pulling to the right. Not happy with the service at all and will be taking my car somewhere else to be fixed correctly.

Update: I spoke with Ashley at the dealership. The truck was not damaged, but sold to another customer. I had a paid deposit and signed sales agreement! Unbelievable This is literally my first negative review and my experience couldnt be any worse. I paid a deposit for a brand new truck and received photos of it being delivered. I sold my car that weekend expecting to pickup my new truck. I get a call 3 days later telling me there is damage and excessive mileage on the brand new car. I received no photos or an alternative. Im stuck looking for another car now.

Joe and the technicians working on my car are my heroes. I brought my car in on a Friday and was told the soonest would be Tuesday, but they managed to get the part and got me back on the road Saturday morning.They are the only ones I let work on my car.

Bought a car from them and get home and there's a huge puddle of oil underneath the car I call and they can't do anything about it or give me a loaner car while the look at it. The oil is leaking from the drain plug so when they serviced it they did it as cheap as they could. They were really pushing me to by the car that day when it had been in there lot a while. Ended up getting what I needed for my trade So I agreed to do it that day but needed to clean out my trade in. And asked to do the deal on the weekend then they said if I did it that day I could take both with me and bring the one back later. So I said fine. That was a mistake. They kept calling me from multiple number all times of the morning when they knew I worked night shift. Such a hassle next vehicle I buy wont be in Wichita. Update: changing my rating to a three star because at least they were able to get my car in and worked on and got me a loaner car but they only agreed to doing it when I put this negative rating. Go figure. My sales man Joe was an excellent guy he took the time and went out on the lot with us to check out various cars and was a great guy to talk with The only negative experience was with the service department it was hard getting a hold of them but once I did they did a good job.
