My trucks starter went out so I had it towed to the nearest dealership to have it repaired under warranty. I was given a time frame of 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I had not heard anything from the dealership so I called to see if there were any updates. They told me one more day. They then changed the time frame two more times with the final time estimate being another week best case scenario. They blamed the issue on COVID and difficulty getting parts. I then decided to check in with the dealership that I bought my truck from and they told me they could overnight ship my part in and have it fixed the next day. I then told Century Dodge that I wanted my truck towed off their lot and taken to this dealership. Suddenly my truck is ready to be picked up with in 24 hours of this phone call. Just an hour after being told it could be longer than a week. The general manager explained to me that they put my part in at a lower priority in shipping and that they then switched it to a priority where the vehicle needs this part to drive. I don't understand why this wasn't done from the beginning. Also I was informed by Century Dodge that my extended manufacturers warranty only covered $35 of a rental for the first day and that since my truck will be out for several weeks I will be looking at several hundred dollars to have a rental car. The second dealership I spoke with told me this was not true and that a rental car should be provided. I should have referenced my warranty better but assumed Century Dodge would be giving me accurate information. Ron from the service department was extremely rude and dealt with me like I was inconveniencing him. When I picked up my truck I was given the keys and told that it was parked past a Jeep flag. My truck was one of the farthest vehicles in the parking lot and I started to fear that I wouldn't find it when looking for it. Mind you there were many parking spaces closer. My experience with Century Dodge was horrible. I do not trust them and will never bring my business back to them.
I live a mile from this dealership. Ended up going to all star instead because of your poor salesman skills. I am a truck driver as I clearly explained on the phone, don't make it home often. So I wanted to get everything taken care of on phone so I could come in, sign papers and pay cash on a 2015 jeep renegade. Not only did the salesman not want to talk on the phone, he wasn't even willing to tell me what he had in stock or give me prices. These people want to rip you off steer clear.

It's not often I think fondly of car dealerships, but my recent truck purchase here was quite pleasant thanks to my salesman Craig Johnson. He was very helpful, honest, straightforward, and not pushy. He made sure I was taken care of throughout the sales process. The pricing at this dealership, from what I saw, was reasonable and upfront. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Just an overall great car buying experience. I messaged the dealership while they were closed to schedule a test drive. And promptly received a message back, set up a hold on the vehicle I wanted. I got to the dealership at 6:10 the next day, and was out by 7:30 with my new truck. Beau was my sales representative and is highly recommended. He bent over backwards and 8 ways from Sunday to keep me happy and my 3 year old happy as well. The experience was smooth and quick. Ill definitely be back in soon!
We bought a van from Century in Wentzville about 2 mos ago.. About 3 weeks ago I noticed the engine knocking a little and checked the oil.. Empty!! Put about 5 quarts in it.. Figured, maybe they forgot to check the oil before we bought it.. Driving Sunday, did the same thing.. Checked and no oil.. Called the dealership and they won't do anything cause it's past their 30 day warranty.. There should be lemon laws to protect a buyer from this.. Anyway.. Beware of Century.. If you buy a car from them, take it immediately to get looked at!! I posted this on local Facebook groups and have received many comments from others warning of them as well.. Research any dealership prior to buying.. I'm contacting the BBB as we speak..
