I cant speak to the quality of the print shop, but their communication and costumer service needs some improvement. I called a few times prior, about a month in advance, to sending in a design for a shirt I was hoping to have made for a company race. I was told that a two week lead time would give them enough time for art approval and printing the shirts. I worked with my designer to make this deadline, but unfortunately what I was told was incorrect. Or because they just received a lot of orders in mine was small and not as important. Regardless, they really need about 3-4 weeks lead time. If there are any issues with a deisgn you had made etc. the two week lead time starts from art approval not from submission of an order. Very very disappointed.
Dear Ross, I am so very sorry that we were not able to anticipate die migration on the shirts that you brought in. It can be tricky to get an exact pantone match when product is brought in as apposed to being purchased from us. I am also very sorry for the poor service that you experienced. We have learned from this and hope to do better in the future. I hope the large discounts we provided helped to make up for this.

It was a hassle to work with Jason. I would agree on something and 5 minutes later he would call me back and tell me we couldn't do it. When I got the gear back with the screenprint done on it, the colors were way off. Now my team is going to be running around with pink wolf heads on their chests.

Wilkinsons has such a wide variety of services they offer. I've been making wedding presents there for awhile now and I'm always so pleased with how it turns out. I paid twice for an engraving fee for 20 medals. (Photo is of 10 in my cart) What I got was stickers and excuses on how their machine is not set up to engrave them. I wasn't offered or given a refund for the engraving charge. I'm not an employee, I don't know what's set up to do what. What I do know is I was charged an engraving fee and nothing was engraved. When I asked if plaques were engraved she said yes. And I again stated that it says engraved on the order. You could tell they were annoyed because I wasn't excepting that engraved to them means stickers. I left with my stickered medals.
