Dropped our vehicle off way before our actually appt & they never called back to tell us our truck was ready. Our vechicle was at this dealership for 8 hours..had to drive back over to find out it still wasnt ready. When i got there i was told they put a hold on the vehicle....Like... HELLO Jerry Seiner Chevrolet have you guys heard about returning your customers calls & informing them about their rides. I called 4 times throughout the day...left messages & no callback.. Id expect better customer service from this VERY EXPENSIVE LUXURY Dealership & better communication within their departments. Anyways...had to leave our ride over night there...because our oil change was never serviced...i hope tomorrow its ready.

I was told my car needed a new blower motor for the seat heater. Thus would be ordered from Denver and be here the next day. I brought it in on a Tuesday and received no communication of status on Wednesday or Thursday. I called Friday and could not speak to anyone in the service department after several attempts. I left messages but received no timely reply. Finally frustrated I asked for the service manager on Monday. I was connected to Kylee (customer service rep?) who told me the part just arrived and it would be installed that day and be ready Tuesday. I had to call on Tuesday to find out if it would be ready. Very poor communication with customers! When I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn't the blower motor after all and it need a new module. So, the original diagnoses was incorrect. I asked for Kylee when I picked it up but she had gone home. (Holly was very nice at cashier.) I have not received a phone call of apology or offer to compensate me for this huge inconvenience. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with Seiner. Aaron Fowler always took good care of me and communicated throughout the experience. Since he is no longer there, I can no longer recommend this dealership. There is a breakdown somewhere. I don't even know if this information reached the service manager.

I took my vehicle here on Google's suggested low congestion time and it still took 2.5 hours to do an oil change with nobody else waiting in line. Horrible service.
