Very helpful service personnel. Kevin was great. My Outback came in today for an oil change, check engine light (amongst other dash lights), and a Driver's side rear window that would only work intermittently. The oil change was great. No complaints. But by the time I drove home, which took 20", my check engine light was back on and the rear window still wasn't working. Since it was the end of the day, I was thankful that I could get a next day appointment to "fix" my vehicle. I would have thought doing a diagnostic test for over 100.00 would have diagnosed the vehicle's issues. Upon further review of my paperwork when I got home the window issue was not addressed. Also note: If paying with a credit card an additional 3.5% is tacked onto your bill! I was informed if I payed with cash or a check no additional fee would be added. This would have been nice to know before paying for and picking up a vehicle. It was disheartening to think the car was fixed only to return within the hour.

We were on our way to see the car and they sold it on us before we even got there. They could have told us that the car was being sold but it ain't bothered to do that bad business in my opinion

When I was at their dealership we could not agree on a price on the car I was interested in. A week later one of their employees (Rigo) texted me telling me that if I went back there they would sell me the car at the same price that I rejected except this time they would put gas in the car. When I told Rigo that I was not interested he made a poor joke about my mother and then called me a homophobic slur. I would recommend that you do not do business with these people (especially Rigo). I have never been so offended by a business.
