Unfortunately, as we discussed the last few times you were in here; time, heat, exposure, and the increased requirements for the A/C during the Summer can cause EV batteries to slightly degrade. However, we tested your battery and it fell within normal operating limits for the age and mileage of the vehicle. Im sorry we werent able to be of more help, but in the future, you are more than welcome to call us and we can discuss this further.

Please read! I highly suggest that you never consider the purchase of a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. We have a 2020 PHEV with only 16,000 miles on it. The battery only reaches 60% capacity compared to when we got the vehicle and the dealer tells us there is nothing wrong and they can't do anything about it. You have nothing if a company and dealer will not stand behind its product.

The truth is they don't deserve even a star. So theres a vehicle I was interested in and it's been on there inventory for over 2 months. I went there drove it loved it and asked if the price was negotiable. After hearing the typical sales pitch I was told the best they can do is drop $50. Some redicoulous amount. I couldn't believe it. So I followed up today and pretty much there not budging. U would think they would take the sale and move on but it sounds like there grasping as much as they can. I'm not kidding my advise is do your homework and find a dealer whose willing to work with you not for $50 discount. Thank God there's so many choices out there

This is the most disappointing service Ive ever experienced at a dealership. Ive been a long time Mitsubishi customer, for over 15 years and all of my vehicles were purchased with Mitsubishi. I brought my car to this service department (after bringing it to two other mechanic shops who told me unfortunately they could not fix the issue). The issue was a broken headlight and a broken tail light. After driving my car to the dealership, and the service men driving my car to the mechanics, I get a call a couple hours later telling me my car wont start and that Ill need a new starter. I find it hard to believe that two other mechanics would have missed this and was obviously unhappy about the news. It seems to me that one of the Mitsubishi mechanics accidentally messed something up with the wiring while checking connections but that was dismissed by the service dept, in a very rude and unprofessional way. The service worker proceeds to give us attitude and say he didnt put all the miles on the car. No one said he did. They put a new starter in my car without my authorization, but covered the labor which I thought was nice. After I pay for the new starter (and the tail light, not the headlight) and get my car home, I not only have one broken headlight, but now both headlights arent working and my CD changer in the car is in a constant state of error. This proves to me that perhaps my originally theory of the mechanics messing up the starting of my car is probably correct. I NEVER ask to speak to a manager, not once in my whole life, but after a car being with them for almost a month, and receiving it back in this condition I felt I had no choice. The manager was impossible to get a hold of and when I was told the situation would be discussed and Id receive a call back by a service worker, I never heard from them again. That was about 2 weeks ago. I will NEVER return to this dealership and Ill advise anyone looking for service to seek it elsewhere before putting yourself and your wallet through the mill. If I could give zero stars, I would.
