I come to buy a car in Thursday agree and leave a deposit to return Friday to pick car up at 12 oclock. I received a call at 12:03 when are you coming? By the car saleswoman (I will not share names) . Im a working mother of two toddlers and I informed them I wont be there till 1 oclock. I show up at 1 and Im told the car wont be ready till 4:30, that I must wait. I wait and begin to get very inpatient by 4:00, 4:30, 6:30 comes up the front person who presents themselves as the manager tells me hes sorry the inspector guy doesnt come till late. At 6:30 Im taken to the service department told that the inspection was done wrong where they stayed the car only had 300 miles meanwhile the car really hadnt 49000; so they took me to this place to have it correct it. I signed all the paperwork which I pay with a certified check in total for the car and I leave. 3 blocks away I get a flat tire. The tire has to get completely change and as soo as I get in the highway the car doesnt go faster than 40mph. I get told by saleswoman to bring car at 0900. Its now 11:39 and I was told my car cant be fix till Monday. I lost 2 days from work to get this car, now theyre asking to come Monday to hopefully pick up a safe car. Now I cant trust a dealer who allows a car to be sold with a complete slice in the tire as the tire stablishment stated and then sales a car to run in a highway whos not able to, what was the whole point of waiting for 6 hours for a car to be rightfully inspected. For Gods sake I was on my way to pick my kids from my babysitter after all day sitting in this dealer . Now the manager picks up the phone if I can trust that hes who he states he is and he tells me I can get my money back but I still have to wait till Monday. So if you want to lose your time or get sold a complete unsafe car come to this dealer. Moral of the story I should have walked away at 1:05 when I was told this car took 4 hours to be inspected. This is a safety issue and lives should not be place in danger in this manner.

Had a very bad experience going there. There was a man who was supposed to show the car, but he didn't do his job. Instead, he was just walking around. We went there at night time to see the car, but the place where they kept the car was dark. They didn't even turn on the light, so we can see the car. Shame on you, guys!

DONT BUY FROM THEM! Had much better experience at Huntington Honda. Their cars are not certified as advertised on their windshields and signs and they charge you extra to have them certified!!! The salesman Jeff pulled us back in when we left. GM there told us we would get the deal we wanted. When we agreed this roided out Italian guy with his nails and eyebrows done in the back Tony in finance was aggressive and rude with us, didnt let us read the contracts and pressured us to just sign. Very unpleasant experience for us. Later we realized we had bought an extra $2500 wraparound warranty we didnt want and raised the sale price of the car from 13,900 to 15,000. And then later we came back to cancel and gave us the run around and didnt want to be seen. Had to call back and forth myself between bank, warranty company and then finally take it to department of consumer affairs to get at least our warranty refund money back AFTER 6 MONTHS of nothing happening!!! I will never recommend anyone go there!!! You will have better treatment and deals at a legit dealer not a mom and pops used car dealer.
