I started having sessions with Ashley a year ago. I had suffered with Fibromyalgia for years. I was exhausted and in pain for so much of my life. Through massage sessions, Ashley helped me to understand how I had stopped listening to my body. I had stopped prioritising my health. I became more aware of my nervous system. What it needed. I began to realise that I'd been ignoring vital messages from my body. I've always been a people pleaser but never considered that there would be an impact on my health because of this. I always put everyone else first. My health and well-being were at the bottom of the pile - always! Through Shadow Work coaching, I learnt where my people pleaser had come from. What purpose it had served when I created it and how it is now impacting my life in a negative way. I learnt how to be aware of when my people pleaser was wanting to be in control, so I am now able to consciously choose if I want to make someone feel happy/loved/cherrished from a balanced place where I consider my own needs in the dynamic too. I no longer suffer from Fibromyalgia. I am still learning where my choices and emotions are impacting my sleep and need for downtime. Sessions with Ashley have completely changed my life. I feel happy, free and connected with my body and in charge of my health

This was an intense experience. Within a safe environment Ashley led me to some amazing discoveries and helped me make sense of what had seemed impossible. Ashley has a way with him of knowing his stuff but at the same time truly caring about you and what you want to achieve. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a great session with Ashley. I felt held through the whole process and safe to explore my different parts. I would highly recommend Ashley, we had our session over skype and it was a very powerful and revealing experience. Both the roots of my struggle and sweet memories of family bonding were uncovered.
