I arrived at the dealership to look at the Ram Longhorn Edition. I pulled my car into the parking lot and parked directly in front of the office. I walked over to look at the trucks since no sales person was outside. I looked at trucks for around 30 minutes with no one bothering to step out of the office. There were only a couple of other customers at the dealership while I was there. I guess it is just Tomball Dodge's policy to not speak to potential customers. I ended up going to another Dodge dealership and will probably purchase from the second dealership. I will not be returning to Tomball Dodge and I do not recommend them to ANYONE!
To begin, this dealer listed one price on thier website, but tried to sell it to me in person for more. When I insisted they honor their price, they refused to allow me to pay cash up front for the car and still asked for $2,000 cash more than the advertised price. Next, the dealer titled my car with the wrong, name and address, and, even though I gave them all the info they needed failed to register my prepaid plates to it, causing me to spend an afternoon off work to wait in line at the courthouse for four hours to pay additional fees to correct their mistakes. Worst of all, THIS DEALER SOLD OPTIONS to be installed on my vehicle that DO NOT EXIST. For over 6 months, I called someone at the dealership every other week with no response. I had to take a day off work, sit on the couch outside the sales manager's office for three hours and threaten small claims court to get any effort from them. They then called me, told me they had the parts and I should drop off my car. I dropped my car off at 7am Monday. They looked it over and said the options would be installed that day. When I arrived at 5pm, they had installed nothing, made no apology for holding my car all day and then I had to wait for an hour so they could finish washing the car so I could take it home. They eventually mailed me a check for less than the full amount I paid for the option. I would buy another Dodge Charger, but not from this dealer!
Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4x4 last week from Leandre Liggins and was amazed. I saw this beautiful machine across the parking lot and thought it would never end up in my garage. Leandre knew this vehicle inside and out and kept reassuring us that he would be able to make it to where we could have it. He even taught us ways to pay it off sooner. I don't know of any one in sales that would go through all the obstacles like he did. We have payments EXACTLY what we had stated and not a penny more. I couldn't believe it! I would recommend this guy to anybody! I later apologized for doubting him because I thought he was like all other sales people that I've ever met. He is true to his word and will work hard to get you in the vehicle you want for the right price! We will be seeing him again! Thanks for everything ! K.Martinez
I have bought more cars than my wife will admit over the last 25 years and this was by far my best experience ever!!! Our sales person was not only polite and professional but he cared about what I wanted in my new truck. I have always hated going car shopping but this was a pure delight. My wife liked Chris Marino so much I think she has already added him as a friend on Facebook!! Once we worked out the details we went to finance and had an equally great experience!! Our finance representative was also polite and professional!! Chris and BJ are the car buying DREAM TEAM!!! Thank you again Gentlemen!!!

WORSE EXPERIENCE ever as far service/parts... Once we found out that they were trying to overprice their service on a simple fix, we called to cancel the service... they called back again with a "better" offer but we refused since they were already being dishonest and the price was still too high... after that, they took forever to get our vehicle back and we had to show up at the dealership to pick it up since nobody was calling.. "Customer representative" was rude and a total unprofessional jerk since we refused their overprice service.. We will never take our vehicle there for service.
