My Jeep has been making a loud clanking noise on the left hand side near the wheel, and only will go off when braking while driving. It also has a fat crack on the windshield and a minor oil leak, just for the record. Usually, we would take this to a local mechanic in grass valley, there is a mechanic here that actually does genuine work, a shop here, J&M replaced my rotors and installed a new suspension belt on my previous car for 300$, BTW they didn't charge me for a diagnosis. But do to the fact, my mom takes her Jeep here for inspections, oil changes, etc., we made an appointment for 1:00pm yesterday. My mom at 1:15 for an oil change. We spent 2 1/2 hours there before my moms car was done with the oil change!!. Longest oil change of my life! My car still hadn't even been looked at, Lili Steele, told us she didn't know, etc. when they were going to look at my car, but they'd call us and let us know. LOL, so we decide to leave and see what they have to say when she calls. Not 30 mins later when we were half way back to Grass Valley she calls us explaining that it only took 30 mins to diagnose the problem. Quick question... What is an appointment for then?? SO VERY unprofessional and not trust worthy. Would leave no stars if I could and a warning to people who don't want to be given the run around. On the "Multi-point Inspection" that they so called "filled out" they marked that the windshield had no cracks and that there was no leaks LOL!! ...Are you kidding me?? I honestly feel i would get BETTER customer service/ Service at a Jiffy Lube.
They are not interested in your business unless you are local, I wanted to put a down payment on a vehicle and drive down several days later and they would not do it. I was not about to drive for 6 hours to have them sell the vehicle before I got there.
Charlie Bruce, once again, did an outstanding, and diligent job servicing my Jeep Wrangler. Kept me posted on progress and was considerate as to my needs. I highly recommend him and the technicians at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership.
